A balance of wins and fails

Location is a major plus. You can walk to Kea Farm Market and good dining options. Staff are mainly polite and try to help, even facilitating special parking needs.

Check-in process was a hassle. Waited longer than expected for room availability due to poor management foresight. Rates weren't worth the uncomfortable experience, leading to frustration instead of relaxation.

Our stay was very nice, liked astonishing and delicious breakfasts.

the location was magnificent and amazing - 400 metres away from eq strawberry farm. this hotel was in a such beautiful area really close to several attractions-market place, famous market at brincang cameron highland, and eq strawberry farm.

Excellent and unbeatable location an easy walk to a tucked berry farm. Newly renovated unit with a modern decor, efficient staff especially at the receptionist...

Not so clean bathroom.

The hotel's location is ideal, being just a short drive from Kea Farm and Boh Sg Palas, making it perfect for exploring local attractions.

Unfortunately, the check-in process was notably slow, indicating a staffing issue that affected our initial impressions of the hotel.

That was what I call decent base for one night. The location was favourable and absolutely perfect, just 5 minutes walk from Kea Farm. What's more, it was not far from a place to shop for strawberries, an awesome getaway from city:, and multiple attractions.

The bathroom I had was not so clean.

The location is the best in Cameron Highlands as it is at the highest accessible point. Parking facilities convenient as basement lifts are connected directly to all levels.

Maintenance can be further improved. Price paid should have been less as I stayed during off peak period.

The room was cozy, but the mattress had stains, made it uncomfortable.

the location of hotel is excellent and this use for relax

1- The furniture is very old and carpit also, must be change. 2- In the night no any activity and no any taxi to take me to down town, 3- The all game in lobby muste be charge

Stunning and amazing location, short walk from Cameron Highland Butterfly Farm. Good sized & carpeted room with a kettle, a pantry and a kitchen area.

a. Room cleanliness issues, thin walls causing noise

The was ample parking space but there were bird droppings everywhere in the basement carpark. However the room size and room amenities for senator suite is above expectation.

The quality of the food for the complimentary morning breakfast is not up to mark. It's also very crowded in the coffee house.

it is near every thing

The breakfast spread was delicious, especially the local dishes which made our mornings bright. We enjoyed relaxing by the heated swimming pool and the tranquil garden area. The only downside was the noise from the hallway at times, but it didn't put a damper on our experience. 😊

I have stayed in other Equatorial Hotel in many occasions before, I was surprised that Equatorial Cameron Highland do not even come close to the quality of service given by other Equatorial Hotel.

موقع الفندق المرتفع ... الإفطار جيد إلى حد ما ...مستواه بشكل عام مقبول ...بل جيد بالمقارنة بالفنادق التي بحثت عنها في المنطقة، لكني سمعت بوجود فنادق أفضل وأنظف وبسعر متقارب جدا ..

الأثاث قديم بعض الشيء ، ومتهالك ، وربما تفاجأ بعدم نظافة الغرفة بالإضافة إلى اتساخ أغطية السرير ... كما أنّ الفندق قديم نوعًا ما ... ربما الحجز المباشر أوفر ... فلا اختلاف يذكر في السعر عن طريق الحجز عبر هذا الموقع .
